This summer, a group of 16 high-school girls went to a summer camp organized by Klub Filary. It was held in Biały Dunajec, in southern Poland.
The main goal of the camp was to show the participants how it is possible to rest, while using the time well and getting actively engaged to help others. The girls did volunteering work, which included cleaning the tombs of a local cemetery and participating in a national event called "Czyste Tatry" (Clean Tatra Mountains).
The latter was a great opportunity to combine hiking with the care of the environment. During the camp, different workshops and classes were held, which helped the participants to develop their personality and encourage them to work on their character. They also had English lessons, during which they discussed topics such as fashion and art.
